The 12 wells and 70 Palm trees?

What interpretation to you come up with after comparing Exodus 15:27: "Then they came to Elim, where there were twelve wells of water and seventy palm trees; so they camped there by the waters." with the following New Testament passages?

Matthew 10:1 says that when Jesus had “called His twelve disciples to Him, He gave them power over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease.” He sent out the 12 and said to them, “And as you go, preach, saying, ‘The kingdom of heaven is at hand.’ Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons…” (Matthew 10:7–8)

Luke 10:1, the Lord “appointed seventy others also, and sent them two by two before His face into every city and place where He Himself was about to go”. He also said to the 70, “And heal the sick there, and say to them, ‘The kingdom of God has come near to you.’” (Luke 10:9)

Sabbath Healings!

… of healings on the sabbath (Mark 1:21f.; Mark 3:1f.; Luke 13:10f.; Luke 14:1f.; John 5:9; John 9:14f.).

His (Jesus’) own (first) coming meant that the seventh and last day, the great day of Yahweh, had dawned, and healing was the specific Word of God that He had come to accomplish on this day … Thus He not only did not break the sabbath with this work but genuinely sanctified and kept it. He was free also, and particularly, to do good and not evil on the sabbath, i.e., to save life and not to destroy it (Mk. 3:4). – Barth, K., Church dogmatics, Volume V: Index, with Aids for the Preacher (p. 497).
