A Pithy Latin motto: Tramite recta!

English translation: “By the right path – or the straight path.”

One should not be distracted from or discouraged with the way of wisdom (salvation). See Hebrews 12.12-13; Proverbs 4.20-27

Πιναξ [Pinax] or Tablet of Cebes, a contemporary of Socrates said:

“Seest thou not, then, a little door, and a way before the door, which is not much crowded, but very few travel it? This is the way that leadeth unto true culture.”

BTW: the narrow gate is closely parallel to the constricted way (Matthew 7:13-14).

Access & Assurance!

Let us draw near to God with a true heart, in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water (Heb. 10:22). For through Jesus we … have access by one Spirit unto the Father (Eph. 2:18). In deed we have boldness and access with confidence trough faith in Jesus (Eph. 3:12). So let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need (Heb. 4:16).
